Jo Cribb has worked in a number of social, community and central agency policy roles. She has also enjoyed her volunteer roles in social service organisation. Her book, Being Accountable: Voluntary Organisations, Government Agencies and Contracted Social Services in New Zealand, is based on her completed doctoral thesis in the School of Government at Victoria University of Wellington
