Gordon Bale is a professor in the Faculty of Law at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He has written more than 40 articles in various legal periodicals in the fields of taxation, succession, conflicts of law, torts and Canadian legal history. He is particularly interested in tax policy.
